SERVICE CENTER INSTRUCTIONS |

Now that you have chosen Watch Chest for your service needs, please follow the instructions below to insure a safe and smooth experience:
- To contact us and give us notice that you are shipping your watch for service, you may either fill out a Watch Service Form, contact us by telephone at 417-331-1882, or both if you so choose. The Watch Service Form will provide us with your contact information, watch information, and any requests or specific problems you may be having. For your convenience, the form will open in a new window.
- Before shipping your watch, we strongly recommend that you always keep record of the serial number and have it on file with your home owner's insurance.
- Once you have given Watch Chest notice that your watch is being sent by telephone at 417-331-1882 and/or a Watch Service Form, you can now package your watch. Before sending, we ask that you please include within the box your name and contact information, brand of watch and its serial and model number. Click here for instructions and photographs on how to safely package your watch. All packages should be DOUBLE boxed with address information on inner box in case the outer box label is damaged.
- We recommend for you to ship your watch through one of the following companies: UPS, FedEx, or US Mail Express / Priority. Purchasing shipping insurance is also definitely recommended.
- When the package is received, we will fully inspect the watch and reply with a conformation and the total cost of service.
- After you have decided which services you would like performed once we send you a conformation, you will receive a payment invoice at your email account.
